FAQ

Do I need networking experience?+
No. The course starts with networking fundamentals, so IT support experience or basic computer science is enough. Ask an advisor if you're unsure.
Does it prepare me for Network+ or CCNA?+
It covers the networking and operations skills these exams test, and we guide you on which one to take first. You book the exam with CompTIA or Cisco.
Are the classes live or recorded?+
Live with a trainer. Session recordings are shared with you for revision, so you can catch up if you miss a class.
Will the batch times suit my time zone?+
Batches run in US evenings (Eastern and Central time) and on weekend mornings, which also suit Pacific time. Tell us your city and we'll confirm the slot that suits you best.
Do I get a certificate?+
Yes, a SOTT certificate of completion. Vendor exams (CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, CNCF and others) are booked and paid with the provider, and we prepare you for them.
